Impact All-Staff Conference Recap

Impact Campus Ministries All-Staff Conference
There is nothing more humbling to me than God inviting his people to be a part of the work He is doing. I am grateful beyond words to be part of a ministry organization whose number one priority is to pursue Christ and and allow Him to move through us. I thought you might enjoy meeting the amazing people I get to serve with at Impact. Marty Solomon, a campus minister on our University of Idaho and Washington State University team, made this video introducing our staff to his supporters.

Every year our conference is crammed full of prayer, planning, dreaming and training. We love it! We also love to take advantage of breaks and downtown to do some crazy fun things, such as this random video from Brett Ricley, a recruit for our University of Utah team.

Sunday we took a break for a few hours to check out the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Here are a few pictures from our tour.

Tom, Sarah and Lowell - South Bend Team
Lowell was excited to see one of our campus tribes.

The South Florida Bend fantasy football team was not pleased with Austin's season but we smiled for a photo anyway
One more picture just for fun. We wondered if this picture would help get Apple to support us.

All-Staff 2012

Jonnie, Jennifer and Laura
The first day of our 2012 Impact Campus Ministries All-Staff Conference is almost complete. We are in the middle of our last session of the day, which I've titled Technology Night. We are learning all about about E-tapestry, blogging, social media sites and how to use them all to effectively communicate with supporters. It is some pretty fun stuff!

I have never worked with a group of people who love the Lord as much as this staff does. Our theme for this year's conference is Stretch. We are asking God to stretch how we view things...our ministry, ourselves, our teams, our students, our families, our world, etc. We are asking God to stretch us and continue to shape us into a people who reflect His glory.

I'm super excited to see what God has in store for us this year. I absolutely love this staff. They stretch me. They challenge me to lean in further and follow Christ with all that I am. I am grateful that God has allowed me to be a part of His work through Impact.

If you haven't had a chance, you should check out our new website!
